New Platter
I've been thinking of making platters for sometime and this little gem just might prove to be the motivation i needed. This great little riser is stamped with The Board of Trade of the City of Toronto. A rather awkward phrase, but the great little beaver saves it for me.
The cobalt crest stamps are pared with indigo bands on the plate. Both the plate and the stem are outlined by gold bands. The entire surface of the platter is covered in wonderful tiny crazing.
The bottom is stamped with T. Eatons. Such a great but simple design. Look forward to rcboisjoli platters soon.
