These handsome bird vases were introduced for City of Craft 2010 and were met with great appreciation. The two colour decals, designed by Ian Phillips, were printed in various combos, grey/ red, yellow/brown and green/black. You might recognize the texture underbelly from our texture bird bottles. Glazed in our iridescent Orange Peach glaze but with a surprising abundance of crystal growth.
Designed as a pair with the Halo Deer vase, this heavily shouldered vase is the tall slender version of his portly brother.
