Hot Stamped Linens
Our first ever line of textile work is being launched this weekend at City of Craft Spring. We’re pleased to announce the release of two linen tea towels featuring hand silk screened designs set to match our line of domestic ceramics. The 100% linen towels are hand sewn at the rcboisjoli studios, complete with a double reinforced cotton twill hanger. Each design is silk screened with a special PVC free emulsion that allows a hot stamp foil to be applied. The foil is durable, reflective and shows off the heavy linen texture well.
Our first towel features the classic Chevaux de Bois horse logo, in a double jump motif. Paired above with the tea towel is the newest bowl set, glazed in the new Lemon Custard Glaze. The towel below features a two colour print, with reflective silver anchor and matte white rope. All our new textile print deigns have been prepared by our lovely in-house illustrator extraordinaire, Ian Phillips. After the show this weekend, we’ll be listing these items in our Etsy shop.
